The USPTO recently changed the time period to respond to trademark office actions from six months to three months from the date of the office action. This change will take effect for office actions issued on or after December 3, 2022. One three-month extension of time will be available provided the extension is requested by the initial due date. The USPTO extension of time fee will be $125.00 (professional fees additional).
