Nancy Mertzel has been invited to provide a litigation and legislative update as part of the Practicing Law Institute's Advanced Copyright Law 2019: Current Issues program to be held in New York City on March 14, 2019.

Her presentation will include discussion of the Supreme Court's recent copyright decisions in Fourth Estate Public Benefit Corp. v. Wall-Street.com, LLC and Rimini Street Inc. v. Oracle USA Inc.
